Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, coordinating labour, materials, and equipment to maintain efficient workflow.
Ensure works are set out and constructed in accordance with contract documents, specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
Promote and enforce a strong safety culture through site management plans, toolbox talks, hazard identification, and incident reporting.
