A well-established high-end residential builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver architecturally designed custom homes across Melbourne’s Inner Eastern suburbs. This is an opportunity to join a quality-driven builder with a strong and secure pipeline of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from slab through to handover
• Coordinate structural, services and finishing trades
• Prepare and manage weekly construction programmes
• Lead trades on site and drive build momentum
• Attend weekly site meetings and reporting
• Maintain site safety, toolbox talks and OH&S compliance
• Deliver projects on time, on budget and to a high standard

Skills & Experience

• Trade qualified (Carpentry essential)
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Supervisor for a head contractor, ideally in custom homes.
