Site Manager

Join an industry‑leading design and build company delivering diverse turn‑key projects to their strong customer base. They pride themselves on leading project methods and construction management systems and are continuing to secure negotiated work. This project is based in South Auckland but we will consider applicants who are comfortable to work away from home Monday to Friday (FIFO) with local accommodation an option.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Based in South Auckland you will join a site team delivering a $40m project, reporting to a site‑based Project Manager you will look after part of the structure and see the building through to interior works including complex building services.

You will plan and manage a team of subcontractors, prepare short‑term programmes, order materials, oversee quality and manage Health & Safety. You will work with the PM on design changes, areas to save costs, options to reduce risks and site reporting.
