Site Manager – Rock Drill Tools - Location Gamsberg Mine

• Matric / Senior Certificate
• Tertiary education is highly advantageous

• 10+ years of mining experience
• Non-Negotiable Requirements - Working knowledge and experience in drilling DTH systems with an understanding of drilling / rock tools / consumables
• Experience managing teams of 15+ personnel
• Strong understanding of DTH drilling
• Knowledge of cost control and inventory management
• Effective communications in writing and verbal reporting
• Proven track record of managing large-scale contracts, SLAs and commercial disputes
• Administratively competent, able to analyse costing requirements and calculate costings, estimations, and draft quotes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
