M‑Sport UK is at the forefront of world‑class motorsport, and our facilities play a key role in supporting our ambitious programmes. We are looking for a proactive and skilled Site Maintenance Operative to join our team and help keep our site running smoothly, safely and efficiently.

This hands‑on position is ideal for someone with a background in the building trades. You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of reactive and planned maintenance tasks across our site, ensuring high standards of workmanship and compliance at all times.

The role and responsibilities include:

• Perform reactive and planned repairs across the full site.
• Carry out general building, plumbing, and joinery tasks.
• Ensure all work meet health and safety guidelines and site compliance standards.
