Site Maintenance Manager

G3 Systems Ltd is a UK-based engineering company delivering deployable modular infrastructure solutions to defence and government clients worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Site Maintenance Manager to lead operations at our integrated facility near Stroe.

In this key role, you will have full responsibility for day-to-day “Through Life” support activities, coordinating field service engineers, managing spares, maintenance, and repairs, and ensuring operational readiness of deployable modular containerised solutions. You will also oversee contractor logistics and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards.

Due to the sensitive nature of our work, the successful candidate will be required to obtain security clearance to operate on the Netherlands Ministry of Defence sites.
