Site Logistics Manager

The Site Logistics Manager will lead the entire end-to-end process of warehouse operations from inbound, outbound, quality and safety and assist the Site Head in all phases, coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities in delivering the highest standard.

• Drives innovation and establishes long‑term standards for inventory management and accuracy (IRA).
• Oversees warehouse layout, systems, capacity planning, and overall DC performance.
• Leads continuous improvement across warehousing operations aligned with QM and SHE targets.
• Optimizes transportation via fleet/vessel deployment, MRP approvals, and performance targets (OTIF, fill rate).
• Develops training programs for logistics and transport teams.
• Strengthens 3PL performance through improved methodologies, SLA enforcement, TAT optimization, and GWP compliance.
• Manages logistics cost efficiency through system evaluation and cost–benefit analysis.
