This is a highly visible operations leadership role with real ownership of performance and people. You’ll lead safe, efficient manufacturing and maintenance operations, ensuring customer commitments are met while driving strong financial and operational results. In this role, you won’t just execute policies, you’ll shape how the site operates, continuously improving performance, productivity, and profitability in a hands‑on manufacturing environment. Leading a small team of direct reports, you’ll set clear expectations, develop high performing leaders, and build capability across the workforce through proactive hiring, coaching, and development. You’ll partner closely with HR to foster an inclusive, high engagement culture where people are supported, standards are clear, and performance is recognized, while ensuring full compliance with legal and internal requirements.
