The Network Services team are seeking a proactive Site Lead –Overhead Delivery, who will be responsible for the safety and routine supervision of field staff on the job overseeing of material, plant and equipment utilisation allocated to the section.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead a crew to safely and efficiently performing electrical line work activities involving the construction and maintenance of Evoenergy’s Electricity Network.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of teams and individuals, responding proactively to performance matters and escalating issues to the Program Delivery Lead or Team Lead as appropriate.
