Job Description

Your main duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Assist to manage data center operations and maintenance and ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of infrastructure systems and 100% uptime. Prepare SOP, MOP, EOP and WI.
• Prepare Change Management document for major activity and attend Change Advisory Board meeting.
• Develop a measured program based on Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
• Escalate incidents and issues, adhering to incident process and procedure. Prepare incident report or root‑cause analysis report.
• Identify and carry out corrective and repair programs on electrical, mechanical, fire suppression and BMS, etc. Conduct annual review on end‑of‑life components.
• Conduct technical inspection for project hand‑over process with defects. Participate in project testing and commissioning.
