Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Lead to oversee a team of approximately 15 electricians on a major long‑term data center construction project in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. This is one of the largest ongoing builds in the region, offering stability, competitive pay, and multi‑year leadership opportunity.

This position begins as a 6‑month contract with 7+ years of secured work on site.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily electrical operations for a crew of ~15 electricians, ensuring productivity, quality, and workflow alignment

Coordinate installation work including conduit, wiring, panels, and equipment per NEC standards

Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide team execution

Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and support electricians in resolving technical challenges
