Site HSE Lead

Member of the site leadership team, the role of the HSE lead is to:

• Defines and lead site HSE strategy according to the EAME FC HSE Roadmap,
• Provides leadership and expertise in all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment to ensure compliance to local and Syngenta HSE requirements,
• Implements, maintains, audits, measures and improves efficiency of the HSE management system to drive HSE performance for all functions based on the site and its satellite stations and ensure License to operate,
• Promote a culture of HSE excellence,
• Act as a member of EAME Field Crops HSE team and share proactively learnings and good practices within the HSE network.

HSE lead has got full authority to stop unsafe activities/tasks.
