Site HSE Advisor

Job Summary

The Health & Safety Advisor will support the effective management, continuous improvement, and strategic development of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) performance across the manufacturing site. Working closely with the HSE Lead, the role ensures compliance with statutory requirements, promotes a proactive safety culture, and drives operational excellence in line with GKN Aerospace standards. Please note that this is initially a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

What You'll Be Doing

HSE Leadership and Support

• Support the HSE Lead in delivery
• Act as a visible and proactive Health and Safety presence across the manufacturing environment.
