You will partner with the GM and regional HR to manage talent, workforce planning, performance reviews, and employee relations across a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities include developing and delivering HR programs with COEs and GBS, driving engagement, and ensuring compliant lifecycle activities from onboarding to exit.
