Job Title: Site Foreman – Low Voltage / Fiber Installation
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead low voltage installation projects in large-scale commercial environments. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage field operations, coordinate with multiple trades, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of technicians (approx. 5–6 members) on active job sites
Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to plan daily work activities
Coordinate with general contractors and other trades to maintain project flow
Manage project timelines, escalations, and progress reporting to leadership
Order and track materials to ensure uninterrupted workflow
Oversee installation of fiber optic and Cat6 cabling in conduit and cable tray systems
