Site Foreman – Low Voltage (Fiber & Cat6)Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead low-voltage installation teams across a variety of commercial construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on multiple project sites, ranging from large-scale data centers to other commercial new builds, providing consistent, long-term work as new projects are awarded.
This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who can run jobs in the field, manage crews, and ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
What You’ll Do

+ Lead and manage a crew of ~5–6 technicians on active job sites

+ Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and project specifications

+ Plan daily work, assign tasks, and keep projects on track

+ Install, pull, terminate, and splice fiber optic cable

+ Perform Cat6 terminations (jacks, patch panels, etc.)
