Direct all phases of the power plant decommissioning, dismantling, and asset recovery activities. Establish project governance, performance baselines, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Manage the master project schedule to ensure milestones are met without sacrificing safety. Control the project budget, tracking variances and implementing mitigation strategies.

Safety, Compliance & Risk Management

Champion a zero-harm safety culture across all internal teams and third-party contractors, adhering to the EDC HSE system. Ensure compliance with local, national, and regulatory agencies, and relevant environmental laws. Oversee the mitigation of hazardous materials, including asbestos, heavy metals, and radiological risks. Maintain a comprehensive project risk register, proactively identifying and neutralizing liabilities.
