Job Description

Your Role
You ensure the smooth operation and monitoring of our building services systems, including power supply systems as well as ventilation, cooling, and air-conditioning equipment.
You accompany maintenance companies and suppliers during on-site service activities and ensure everything runs according to plan.
You prepare work orders and document maintenance activities in our maintenance management system.
You identify and analyze malfunctions and are responsible for subsequent troubleshooting and fault resolution.
You support our Customer Service team with customer inquiries and contribute to high customer satisfaction.
Your Profile
Around 2 years of professional experience as a building services, operations, or service technician.
Completed technical education (technical college/HTL or apprenticeship in electrical engineering, refrigeration technology, or HVAC).
