Site Engineer

Qualifications:

-PRC Licensed Civil Engineer

-3-5 years residential or fit-out experience

-Proficient in MS Office

-AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage

-Can drive, with driver's license



Duties and Responsibilities:

-Supervise residential and fit-out construction

-Monitor progress and on-schedule completion

-Coordinate with clients, representatives and trades

-Prepare cost estimate and material requisitions

-Submit daily/weekly reports and site documents

-Enforce safety and housekeeping standards



Salary Range 25k-35k (with Allowance Negotiable)

Work location - Laguna and with projects in Greater Manila (Manila and Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, Rizal, Bulacan)

Work Schedule - Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm with Overtime pay
