Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys and pre-work assessments for RAN deployment and swap/migration projects.
• Prepare and review TSSR (Technical Site Survey Reports), BOQs, and RAN design solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise site civil works, installation, and commissioning of RAN equipment.
• Execute swap/pre-work activities including hardware replacements, site upgrades, and network optimization.
• Install, configure, and integrate RAN equipment (antennas, RRUs, cabinets, power systems).
• Perform troubleshooting and corrective actions to ensure network KPIs are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards during all site activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation, site reports, and handover records.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth first-time-right project delivery.
