Resident Site Engineer - Newcastle

Responsibilities:

• Act as the Engineer's representative on site.
• Communicate daily with the Principal Engineer and provide updates on site details.
• Read and understand all drawings/documentation issued to site. Maintain a record of every drawing issued.
• Oversee bulk earthworks and selected earthworks related to trenches.
• Supervise new concrete, brickwork (new and existing), and roof construction.
• Manage demolitions and existing works.
• Oversee new water (reticulation and wet services), sewer (reticulation and wet services), and stormwater systems, including manholes.
• Supervise the construction of new access roads and security walls.
• Ensure all works comply with the issued drawings and confirm every dimension or level is strictly adhered to.
