Site Supervisor - Operations (interior Fit-out Projects)

The Site Engineer holds the responsibility for comprehensive project scheduling, operational monitoring, and project management once signoff is complete. This ensures project execution by various teams in accordance with TTS standards for design and timeline

Responsibilities:
During Design Stage :
● Assign vendors to the project, analysing project scope and the timeline.
● Understand drawings in all disciplines (civil & modular) and validate drawings, and BOQ.
● Confirm all project drawings and associated documents, assigning projects to the project engineers based on the individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
● Post signoff, develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, addressing bottlenecks if any.
● Explain the entire process and project schedule to the client during signoff, providing clarifications as needed
