Client Support Engineer (Junior / Senior)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to be stationed at our client's premises to provide on-site hardware and software support. This role suits both junior and senior candidates who are hands-on, customer-focused, and comfortable working in an enterprise IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support for end users (hardware, OS, and business applications)
Troubleshoot and resolve PC, laptop, printer, network, and basic server issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and related peripherals
Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Adobe, and common enterprise software
Perform system health checks, updates, and preventive maintenance
Escalate complex issues to Level 2 / Level 3 engineers when required
Work closely with client IT teams and internal service desk
Maintain proper documentation and incident reports
