Qualifications & Experiences

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or any related field.
• At least 2 years experience in road construction projects.
• Highly motivated with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standard.
• Willing to work on site and follow project schedules.

Task & Responsibilities

• Ensures construction work is carried out according to plans and specifications.
• Ensures work quality meets standards and safety procedures are followed.
• Resolves technical challenges on-site.
• Provides progress reports and project status updates in company group.
• Job scope varies according to site situation and shall subject to changes accordingly.
• Liaise with subcontractors and other clients to ensure smooth project execution.
