Site Engineer Intern

Job Description

• Monitor ITS systems in Buses, using diversified tools to monitor the performance and capability of systems/nodes as well as health check of equipment's and performing PM/CM in buses.
• Troubleshoot problems. Working to triage or troubleshoot the issues within their defined areas.
• Track issues. Tracking and documenting all defects and resolutions in detail to Team lead and coordination process for rectifications.
• Report incidents. Escalating complicated issues to management, other IT resources, third parties and/or vendors, as appropriate.
• Record incidents and correlate them with the events.
• Apply appropriate workarounds.
• Communicate and coordinate resolution with other support levels including third-party partners and vendors.
