Site Engineer

About the Role

Join a recognised Tier2 residential development delivering over 1,000 apartments across a multi-year program.
You’ll be embedded on a high-rise site with strong senior support and clear project stages.
This is a hands-on delivery role with real exposure to complex builds and long-term continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities across structure, services, and finishes
• Manage subcontractor works, sequencing, and programme alignment
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance on live construction zones
• Assist with RFIs, shop drawings, and document control workflows
• Track progress against milestones and support reporting to the project team
