Site Engineer - Civil & Mech

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute all civil works at the solar project site.
  
• Manage land development, levelling, grading, and site preparation.
  
• Execute MMS foundation work and MMS structure installation.
  
• Oversee Inverter Control Room (ICR) civil construction and finishing.
  
• Supervise Admin/Office building construction and internal works.
  
• Monitor foundations for inverter skid, transformers, and pedestals.
  
• Supervise drainage, cable trenching, and boundary/fencing works.
  
• Ensure execution strictly as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
  
• Conduct civil quality checks and site tests (slump, cube, compaction).
  
• Prepare DPR, measurement sheets, QA/QC records, and maintain checklists.
  
• Support the Electrical In-charge for cable routing and equipment installation readiness.
