Site Director, North America (Automotive Electronics)

Mandarin speaking required!! Our client is a listed company in Taiwan that provides design & manufacturing services in IoT, Automotive Electronics Solutions, and Energy Management Solutions. To serve its clients in North America, the company is building a highly automated manufacturing site in Dallas TX and is looking for a Sr. Director of MFG Operations to lead the new site. This role will work in Taiwan for a few months and then move to Dallas. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the Dallas manufacturing site that involve the manufacturing, engineering, quality, & deliveries.

• Work closely with senior business leaders and various functional heads to achieve the business/operations goals and targets. 

• Implement the best practice of Manufacturing/Engineering Process, Quality System, and Cost review. Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement on Cost, Delivery, & Quality.
