Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Assist with the setup, delivery, and teaching of undergraduate physics laboratory sessions, including serving as a backup TA and covering for absent instructors when needed.

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for Physics researchers regarding building, laboratory, and operational issues.

+ Train, schedule, and supervise teaching assistants, and provide ongoing instructional support to students.

+ Develop and revise laboratory manuals, experiments, and demonstrations in collaboration with faculty and instructors, aligned with current educational research, pedagogy, and guidelines.

+ Oversee laboratory equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and inventory management to ensure safe and reliable operations.
