Job Responsibilities

Site Coordinator

• Possess sound knowledge of construction and interior fit-out site practices
• Supervise site workers, subcontractors, and material deliveries to ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications
• Source materials and suppliers, and prepare material lists for projects
• Monitor work progress and prepare regular progress reports
• Track material usage and minimize wastage on site
• Handle project management documentation and site records

Pre - Construction stage

• Review BQ, contracts, and related documentation to understand project and contractual requirements
• Assist in planning and coordinating all pre-construction activities with the project team
• Chair or participate in Project Start-Up Meetings when required

Construction stage

• Monitor site progress in accordance with contract terms and approved schedules ...
