• Be main point of contact in modern office premises
• Manage reception and care for visitors and staff at the site
• Operate the telephone switchboard and triage calls
• Assist in creating and implementing standards, processes, and documentation
• Collaborate with internal and external interfaces
• Handle tasks related to quality, occupational safety, health protection, and environmental management (QHSE)
• Coordinate and monitor all third‑party companies and external technicians in the building
• Develop best practices and new service approaches
• Support the organization and execution of events and catering
• Initiate and independently implement ideas and projects
