ProAmpac is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to serve as the financial leader and strategic business partner for a large-scale manufacturing operation exceeding $100M in annual revenue.
This role is ideal for a manufacturing finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced plant environment and enjoys partnering directly with operations leadership to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
The _Plant Controller_ will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations, cost accounting, inventory accuracy, forecasting, reporting, and operational analysis while helping guide business decisions that impact plant performance and profitability.
