Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Highways Site Agent to join a project team delivering a live highways scheme in Nottingham. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This role suits a proactive and hands‑on Site Agent with a strong background in highways construction and proven experience managing subcontractors, site teams, and client interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of site delivery for highways works, from planning through to completion
• Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, plant, and materials
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and specification
