The Senior Site Acquisition Manager supports the Site Selection Director, accelerating Vantage DC’s market growth through expert property acquisition and risk-managed capital deployment. This role demands a seasoned professional with deep market insight, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of navigating complex regulatory environments to secure commercially viable outcomes.
Essential Job Functions
Support the Site Selection Director, (SSD), with execution of the long-term business objectives within property portfolio
Conduct feasibility analysis, due diligence, TIA assessment, and financial modelling to assess commercial viability of potential acquisitions
Support the SSD in the negotiation of; freehold purchases, lease to purchase, and development agreements with property owners, developers, and government agencies
