SIP Panel Fabrication & Assembly Technician

We are a dedicated lodge manufacturer specialising in the design and build of high-quality lodges. As part of our growth, we are currently cutting and assembling Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) in-house, with a strategic plan to begin full-scale manufacturing of our own SIP panels to further streamline and enhance our building process.

Job Overview

We are looking for a hands‑on SIP Panel Fabrication & Assembly Technician to join our growing production team. You will play a key role in cutting, preparing, and assembling SIP panels used in the construction of our lodges. This role also offers the opportunity to grow with us as we develop our in‑house SIP manufacturing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately cut and prepare SIP panels based on lodge design specifications and technical drawings
• Assist with panel layout and modular building assembly
