SIOP and Supply Planning Lead

**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced SIOP Lead to join our Business Systems team. The successful candidate will manage a team of planners responsible for ensuring efficient production planning and material management. This role will play a critical part in leading our Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process and Inventory Optimization.
**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Team Management:** Lead a team of planners responsible for forecasting and developing the master schedule/build plan within our ERP system (Oracle).
2. **Supply Planning:** Translate customer forecasts into executable Supply plans and material requirements.
3. **Material Management:** Develop and execute strategy related to inventory optimization.
4. **Production Scheduling:** Support production scheduling, including schedule recovery, to meet customer demand and business objectives.
