Simulator Engineering Technician (must be UAE National)

We’re looking for a curious, hands‑on Simulator Engineering Technician to join our team supporting UAV simulators. You’ll learn how our training devices work end‑to‑end and build the practical skills to grow into a Simulator Engineer.

In this role, you’ll help us deliver world‑class simulator training by keeping devices reliable, safe, and ready for use. Your work directly supports training quality, efficiency, and readiness at our training centre.

This opportunity is ideal for recent Engineering graduates (or candidates with a technical diploma/qualification and some practical experience) who want a structured pathway into simulator engineering. The position is based in the Al Dhafra Region (remote from major centres), so you’ll need a driving licence and be comfortable commuting or relocating closer to the airbase.

What you’ll do

• Support the day-to-day technical and operational performance of Flight Simulator Training Devices (FSTDs).
