Simulation engineer

Job Description:
- Design & develop high-fidelity 1 D,2 D or 3 D thermal models for components & sub-systems using in house system simulation tools or external tools like Modelica , GT-SUITE , Amesim or Simulink.
- Simulate and analyze thermal, fluid, and control system behaviors under various operating conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, controls, and software engineers to integrate simulation models into product development workflows.
- Calibrate the component and sub-system models using experimental test data to minimize the model prediction errors.
- Validate simulation models against experimental or field data and refine models for accuracy and performance.
- Design & develop modularized architecture for system simulation tool catering wide range of HVAC & refrigeration system architectures
- Document methodologies, assumptions, and results for internal and external stakeholders.
