Job Summary

Coordinates and supervises the construction process on assigned projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget. Typically has one or more foremen and/or lead persons as direct reports.This position is specific to a Paving Superintendent

Main Responsibilities

• Embrace the Company’s safety culture, actively support all safety initiatives, and adhere to defined accountabilities implemented by the Safety Steering and Continuous Improvement teams
• Support, promote, and practice the Company core values, vision, and mission; follow code of ethics, workplace conduct, safety, and other established policies 
• Ensure underground utility locates are completed and valid, and sites are safe for employees prior to performing work
• Work with project managers, and oversee organization and coordination crews, subcontractors, resources, and equipment, to ensure projects remain on time and on budget
