About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter to manage and scale a new recruiting pod. This role combines hands-on recruiting with team leadership, client ownership, and process improvement. You will be a key player in delivering high-quality hiring outcomes while helping shape how we do recruiting as a company.

This is a hybrid role based in Palermo, CABA . We work onsite 4 days per week (4x1) .

About You

You are a senior recruiter who enjoys both execution and leadership. You are comfortable owning clients end-to-end, mentoring other recruiters, and working in fast-paced startup environments.

Must-haves

• Advanced English skills (this is mandatory; candidates without this skill won't be considered )
