Job Title: Siemens PLC/HMI Technical Lead

Experience : 6-9 years
Industry : Industrial Automation / Manufacturing / Engineering, Preferable Life science Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of PLC and HMI applications using Siemens S7-317-2 PN/DP, S7-315-2 DP, S7-317-2 DP, and S7-1214 CPUs.
Architect and implement HMI solutions using TP1500, TP700, TP900, and KP400 Comfort panels.
Define and enforce coding standards, documentation practices, and version control for automation projects.
Manage a team of automation engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, and process engineering.
Oversee system integration, FAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting at client sites.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry best practices.
