About The Role

We pride ourselves on having the best showrooms in the industry, therefore keeping them up-to-date throughout annual refits is essential. With this in mind, we are looking for candidates to support our Showroom Development department with the administrational duties. Main responsibilities: 
  • Create and coordinate purchase orders to ensure all suppliers are paid once works are completed to Wrens standards.
  • Communicate with all internal departments when investigating issues and organising production and deliveries
  • Create and update records, data bases, and trackers in relation to current refits
  • Proactively take on multiple tasks to ensure all work is covered with management or colleagues
  • Collation of documentation from external stakeholders
  • Schedule all kitchen & Bedroom deliveries
