Join Loretto Heath and Rehabiliation Center as a Rehab Nurse Manager, RN!
TheRehab Nurse Manageris responsible for the clinical leadership and daily operations of a high-acuity subacute/rehabilitation unit. This role oversees the care of medically complex residents requiring short-term, intensive nursing and therapy services with a focus on rapid recovery, safe discharge, and reduced hospitalization rates. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Nursing, t he Rehab Nurse Manager plans, implements, and evaluates the effectiveness of nursing care delivered to the residents. The Rehab Nurse Manager uses management and administrative skills to provide the highest level of quality care and accomplish corporate, department and facility goals while adhering to established policies and procedures, as well as systemic clinical changes.
