Shopify Technical Project Manager

About the Role

Sultans Consulting is a Shopify Platinum Partner agency. We build sophisticated, large-scale Shopify Plus storefronts for enterprise clients and we specialize in complex integrations, custom back office experiences, and high-velocity commerce. Our Technical PMs are the connective tissue between our clients and our distributed delivery team. This is a hands-on, fully client-facing role for someone who thinks in systems, communicates with clarity, and knows Shopify from the inside out.

What You Will Do

• Own the day-to-day relationship with enterprise clients throughout the full engagement lifecycle.
• Lead Discovery and Strategy sessions with clients to gather project requirements, define scope, and align on priorities before development begins.
