We are hiring a
Shopify Order Handler & Supplier Communication Specialist
to manage daily order processing and supplier coordination for our live international Shopify stores.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage customer orders daily on Shopify
Communicate with international suppliers via email for order placement, stock updates, and delivery tracking
Monitor shipment statuses and update orders accordingly
Handle customer queries related to orders, shipping, and returns
Maintain accurate order logs and supplier records
Coordinate between customer support and fulfillment teams
