Description We are looking for a learning and development leader to strengthen workforce capability across our manufacturing operations in Richmond, Virginia. This role will shape practical training experiences that help production teams work safely, efficiently, and with confidence while supporting long-term employee growth. The position partners closely with operational and people leaders to build structured development programs, improve readiness for new processes and equipment, and promote a strong culture of continuous learning.
