Shop Supervisor

Aramark (NYSE: ARMK) is a leading provider in the customer service industry across food, facilities and uniforms.

Location: Campsfield House IRC, Kidlington, OX5 1RE

Pay rate: £15.20/hour

Working pattern: Permanent, full-time, 40 hours/week, 5 days over 7, mainly Mon – Fri with occasional weekend cover

Shift times: Between 08:45 and 20:00

Responsibilities

• Run the shop during shifts, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and customer service.
• Lead and support retail assistants.
• Handle cash, place orders, and manage stock.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient store.
• Enforce hygiene standards and ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Fire regulations.
• Control costs including shrinkage and waste.
• Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager and General Manager to support broader site operations.
