**Job Description**

The Shop Mechanic Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment, primarily flooring equipment, including pumps, generators, air compressors, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment. This role involves diagnosing complex equipment problems while adhering to all safety protocols, ensuring that equipment is in good working order for rental customers without downtime.

**Responsibilities**

+ Service and oversee major repairs of all types of equipment to ensure proper working condition when leaving the shop.
+ Dismantle and reassemble/rebuild equipment and fabricate parts as required to meet shop and customer needs.
+ Diagnose complex mechanical equipment problems and conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unnecessary repairs and downtime.
