The Shop Manager will oversee all maintenance and repair functions on all equipment per company policy and DOT regulations.The shop manager will oversee the MAP Program. Create and manage costs on all work orders. Source all parts and supplies for the shop. Work with the field crews on all upcoming and current repairs and services.Oversee the mechanics and have daily repair and or service scope of work.Oversee the maintenance of the shop and yard at the business unit.The Shop Manager must have general computer skill knowledge to track and maintain all repairs. General knowledge of maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting on various types of trucks and equipment.
