Shop Manager

Fairbank has done Whatever It Takes to provide exceptional service and product knowledge to our loyal customers for over 75 years. We are seeking a motivated Shop Manager at our Stockton, California. This position will report directly to the branch manager.

Responsibilities

• The Shop Manager oversees the daily production of light-to-medium duty trailers, ensuring all units are built to high-quality standards. This role involves leading a team of welders, assemblers, and fabricators to meet aggressive production schedules and customer delivery dates.
• Working manager position. This position requires a manager who will participate in hands on physical labor in the day-to-day activities of the shop as necessary.
